UV Blue (raspberry)

IMG_0252UV Blue: 1/2 Flaming Shots

Shot: Anyone who has ever had a blue jolly rancher knows that this shot tastes like. However, they don’t know what it feels like unless they’ve taken vodka shots before.

UV + Orange Juice: Not Bad. You wouldn’t think blue raspberry and orange would go together, but the aren’t bad at all. Its like a fruit twist on the classic screwdriver. 3.5/5

UV + Sunny Delight: Blue raspberry SunnyD anyone? It tastes like a snow cone, very sweet and syrupy. The only disappointing part is the actual drink isn’t blue, but an off green which looks vile. 4/5

UV + Lemonade: S-M-O-O-T-H. The name of this drink is the UV Bombsicle. It is a very great summer drink. Very refreshing. 5/5

UV + Apple Juice: This wasn’t bad. The flavors seem like a strange combo, but since it still has the foundations of a vopple juice (vodka + apple juice) the drink cruises. 3.5/5

UV + Fruit Punch: It’s a little dry, but over all it has a good flavor. 4/5

UV + Tonic Water: A little bit sharp, but a good taste. The classic vodka tonic with a raspberry kick. 4/5

UV + Club Soda: Very flat tasting. Please don’t be stingy and dish out the extra 4 cents required for tonic water. 2/5

UV + Sprite: Just like a blue raspberry soda. This should be marketed. 4/5

UV + Fresca: This is better than the sprite. It’s almost as good as the lemonade. If fresca were purely a lemon soda and not a citrus soda, it would be a 5. This has the potential of being fresca’s perfect alcohol. 4.5/5

UV + Coke: This taste like a coke slurpee. It is very good. The only way to do this drink any justice is to drink it multiple times over. 4.5/5

UV + Root Beer: It’s okay. Definitely not worth the attempt once you’ve had the UV and coke! 3.5/5

  1. I’ve never done the blue raspberry but at a banquet last year i came upon UV green apple which was the first of the UV’s i played with. I mixed it with a 7-up about 50/50 in the can as measurement…..wasn’t supposed to be drinking at the time haha. But thats another story. Called it an apple-up but i’m sure there’s another 100 names out there. Really good and real smooth, plus its nice to give the ole 7-up a shot and put the overused sprite in the back seat.

  2. great suggestion kevin! We’ll try the apple-up as soon as we can!

  3. I enjoy UV Blue + Pepsi + Grenadine.. so delish.
I add UV Cherry if it’s available
